Professional Legal Assistors is a trademark filing and service only. We are not in a position to offer legal advice regarding your trademark.

Our searches are conducted by looking for a mark that is EXACTLY like your mark. At times we may be able to find similar names. However, not all similar names may be found.

After your application is filed, it is given to an examining attorney at the trademark office. The examiner reviews the application and may determine that your application should be filed in a different international class, that your description of goods and services should be described differently, that your specimens are not acceptable, or that there is a similar mark. If the trademark office determines any or all of these things, an Office Action will be mailed to you. Professional Legal Assistors DOES NOT respond to Office Actions. You may respond to the Office Action yourself, or we can refer you to an attorney that can assist you with this.
